Junction Elementary is one of four elementary schools in the Turner district consisting of students in grades preschool-5th grade. There are approximately 300 students and 50 faculty and staff members. At Junction we constantly strive for students to make the right choices in their education and teach them to be responsible for themselves and their work.
The school and home will create a learning environment which promotes productivity, responsibility, and self-reliance in each child.
We believe learning is the shared responsibility of students, parents, community, teachers, and administrators. All students will be provided with opportunities:
- To develop a sense of citizenship, respect for self, respect for others, and environment
- To learn responsibility and self-discipline
- To meet academic, social, emotional, and physical needs in a safe and fair environment
- To become life long learners
