Schematic Design will be taking place from February to April of 2019. Design Development will begin in May of 2019 and last through July. The last phase of design, Construction Documents, will occur August to October of 2019. Bid packages for the project will be be let in November and December of 2019. Construction will start January 2020 with occupancy taking place in August of 2021.
