Each year, the USD 202 Board of Education recognizes inductees into the Turner Walk of Fame, located at Steineger Field. The inductees are honored each year at Turner Days.

Nominees must have had a direct and lasting effect on the students of the Turner School District, may include persons who are or have been Turner USD 202 employees or individuals who have been active in Turner schools or Turner youth activities at least five years to selection.

Congratulations to our 2023 Turner Walk of Fame Inductees!

Julie Howard: “Julie has served on the Kansas PTA Board for many, many years and continues to serve even after all of her kids have graduated school. She loves to help the community.”

Deb Ayers-Geist: “Deb has served Turner students for 17 years. She has enhanced the lives and educational experiences of countless students, which is evident by watching her interact with the kids she has served.”
