Vision 2020 is a master site plan to grow the Turner Recreation Commission and the Turner Community by the year 2020.  Our goal is to increase facilities and services offered to our community.  Below is a list of further goals of the plan:

1) Improve communication and awareness of TRC parks and recreation issues, programs, and facilities.

2) Coordinate efforts with other recreation providers and supporters to ensure effective and efficient provision of services and use of facilities.

3) Continue to renovate, improve, add safety features, and where appropriate and possible, expand existing and future parks and recreation facilities.

4) Ensure adequate funding, staffing levels and structure for optimal provision of facilities and programs.

5) Provide safe, quality, affordable, accessible and diverse program opportunities to all residents of Turner.

6) Ensure the continual maintenance of TRC parks and facilities.

7) Create, fund, and implement a plan that will meet the necessary needs of the Turner Community to be completed by the year 2020.

8) Seek alternative funding sources to assist in implementing the goals, guidelines and capital projects of the 10-Year Vision 2020 Parks and Recreation Master Plan.
